YCBCR

YCBCR: Designates a color model for digital television, which uses HDMI and DVI can be transferred. In addition to the application in the television standards PAL and NTSC it is also often used in MPEG compression and consequently on many DVDs. Just like YUV the colors are broken down into two components - the brightness (luminance, Y) and the color signal (chrominance, Cb and Cr). The abbreviations Cb and Cr stand for the shift towards blue and towards red.
