DLNA: The Digital Living Network Alliance is an international association of over 260 consumer electronics manufacturers. The aim of the DLNA is to define standards for the interoperability of devices for the exchange and playback of digital media such as photos, audio or video files.
This includes definitions of interfaces for networks via cable and radio as well as standards for content and procedures for rights management. With DLNA wireless, users can easily and quickly play their favorite music or personal films and pictures on the TV using a remote control, which are stored on the home PC or other multimedia devices.
