D-MAC: Duobinary encoded multiplexed analog components. Denotes a TV transmission system for satellite broadcasting in which the components of the TV signal (Ton, brightness, color) using multiplex technology (multiple switching). One of the distinguishing features of this system is that it has up to eight audio channels.
