Pink noise

Pink noise: Denotes a defined test signal that a A / V-Receiver generated in order to define the frequency responses (see frequency response) and to be able to measure and adjust the sound pressure (see sound pressure) of the individual loudspeakers. Pink noise is characterized by the fact that all frequencies have the same level be issued. Caution: Pink noise can damage hearing. Therefore, to be on the safe side, hearing protection should be worn when measuring.
