microphonics: Describes the peculiarity of certain components to react to sound or vibration excitation by changing the (electrical) parameters. While looking at this phenomenon z. B. makes good use of it in the construction of microphones, it can simply be classified as a disruptive factor with regard to other areas of application
During the HiFitechnology, the components used such as capacitors, coils, resistors, transistors, etc. are set in motion by the sound emitted by the loudspeakers on the one hand, and on the other hand by impulses that are not directly related to the actual music sound: the vibrations the components themselves.
