- PROJECTION CLOTH: The projection cloth of the SlenderLine projector screen consists of 3 layers with a fabric core. The cloth weight is 520g / m². The weight bar ensures that the fabric is optimally flat. The black coated and therefore opaque back ensures that no disturbing extraneous light from behind affects the projection image. The black masking enhances the contrast impression and also simplifies the alignment of the image on the projection surface.
- GAIN FACTOR: The gain factor is a characteristic value for the reflection behavior of a projection screen. The screens of the SlenderLine series with a gain factor of 1.2 reflect the light evenly in all spatial directions without the known problem of so-called hotspot formation. In the case of cloths with a gain factor of 1.5 and higher, the reflection of the projector lamp creates a bright area in the center of the image. Another disadvantage is the noticeable decrease in the viewing angle.
- OPERATION: The screen is operated either with the help of the wall control box or with the radio remote control included in the scope of delivery. The remote control has all functions to fully retract or extend the screen or to stop it in any position. The desired end position of the cloth can easily be set permanently using the corresponding adjustment screw. This means that it is no longer necessary to search for the correct position of the canvas.
- INSTALLATION: The installation of the SlenderLine projection screen is elegant, simple and unobtrusive thanks to the square housing. In contrast to many other manufacturers, who only mount the ceiling with 4 hooks on the blanket realize, the SlenderLine screen is securely attached to the blanket or wall mounted. The direct mounting on the blanket or wall ensures torsional rigidity and prevents the housing from vibrating.
