DSP

DSP: DSP designates a digital signal processor, which is an electronic component (consisting of hardware and software) that generally generates acoustic signals (see Signal) converted. This term is mostly used in connection with the generation of virtual sound fields or artificial ones room acoustics used. The output signals are issued in such a way that the listener has the impression that he is sitting e.g. B. in the middle of a theater or in a large hall.
