image processor

image processor: Processor that is connected in front of a projector, either as a built-in board or as a stand-alone device. The image processor performs operations such as line doubling (see line doubler) , line tripling (see Linetripling), quadrupling (see quadrupler), frame doubling (see frame doubling), 16:9 switching (see 16:9 switching), 3/2 pull down (see 3/2 pull-down) etc. and transfers the correspondingly changed video signal to the projector.
